Builder's Risk Inspections
We evaluate construction sites to asses risk, document project progress and ensure code compliance. Plan review services are also provided from a greenfield site to project completion. While working alongside the General Contractor, our engineers perform periodic surveys to assess risk and evaluate potential losses at the site.
Risk Logic engages with carriers, brokers, and direct insureds during the initial stages of construction and throughout the duration of large projects. Our analysis and engagement ensure risk to people/property and loss potential remains at a minimum as the project progresses and up to completion.
Initial Plan Review, coupled with routine on-site inspections, provide a comprehensive analysis and oversight of all potential hazards. Risk Logic works hand-in-hand with the General Contractor and participates in key stages of projects such as sprinkler fitting, roof installation, and commissioning of critical equipment.
